Don Salmon was born in 2006, with the inheritance of a family tradition of good cooking and good times around food, the idea of integrating the simple and essential concept of traditional cooking in a cozy and rustic environment, incorporating all the experience and experiences obtained over the years after living in Chile, Brazil and Spain.
This is how the Don Salmon concept is built, based on consistency with the traditional and with what represents the best of Chilean gastronomy, with products and raw materials from the different areas of the Los Lagos Region. We have always set out to give our best and that is why the emphasis is on customer service and the right balance between the price and quality of our products, this has been the driving force behind our growth in all these years. Don Salmon specializes in all kinds of grilled meats, beef, pork, lamb and chicken, which is accompanied by a wide variety of healthy accompaniments for all palates, which are available with free-fork or set menu service.
With the experience gained over the years, Don Salmon has wanted to expand his business by offering new options to his customers, incorporating cafeteria and fast food services for a few years, offering the same experience of products and flavors that can be found in our Restaurant.
